When God speaks to us via the prophets,
they are acting as lightning conductors: 

through whom  HIS Will is transmitted.
When it hits the listeners; us,
 the heat should burn ....
Often it doesn't. Why not?
The World is a huge Mess

 with much distractivities that negatizes

 even the DIVINE-Ignited- Inputs.
